Alarm Will Sound has selected Brittany J. Green and Nnux (Ana E. López) as the 2023-2024 recipients of the Matt Marks Impact Fund.

Green selected as a participant for the 2023 American Composers Orchestra (ACO) Earshot Readings. ACO’s EarShot Readings will be conducted by Tito Muñoz. The orchestra will read Rencontres for Orchestra. Participants will receive mentorship from composers Derek Bermel, Mary Kouyoumdjian and Daniel Bernard Roumain.

Green will be in residence at the Virginia Center for Creative Arts April 19-30.

Carnegie Mellon University’s Contemporary Ensemble will premiere Against/Sharp along with performances of …to experience life. and r_upTure on April 12, 2023 at 7:30pm at Kresge Theatre, College of Fine Arts.

shift.unravel.BREAK will premiere on I CARE IF YOU LISTEN on January 19, 2023 at 5pm ET. The piece was commissioned by Copland House and recorded by Music from Copland House.

Green was selected as 1 of 6 recipients of the 2022 Charles Ives Scholarship awarded by the American Academy of Arts and Letters.

From June 6-12, Green will be in residence at the historic Copland House as a part of CULTIVATE 2022. While at Copland House, Green will workshop and premiere shift. unravel. BREAK. with the resident ensemble along with five other selected composers.

On October 2, 2021 at 8pm ET, BlackBox Ensemble's first concert of the season! This concert marks the beginning of BlackBox Ensemble's season-long feature of Green’s music. Saturday's program will include "The Sounds You Left Behind.”
